Jingjiang Dacheng Automation Engineering Co., Ltd is located in Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province, is the predecessor of Jingyi Electrical Factory, which was established in 1985 for processing the electromagnetic coil based. In 2001, the company changed to the Jingjiang Dacheng Automation Engineering Co. Ltd., and entered the field of production of auto parts. We have qualified with ISO9001, ISO14001,TS16949, AS9100 certifications.
Equipped With 50 sets of several kinds of CNC machines, about 20 sets of tooling & injection machinery, 10 sets of computer-controlled testing centers, 15 sets of full-automatic production lines and other casting,laser machines, our company could control all the quality factors from the raw materials to quality products, which also ensures our annual output of 3 million of electromagnetic coils and 1.5 million of solenoid valves.
We began the R&D for the ABS regulator valve since 2001, which means we are the first manufacturer in China to produce the valve. With more than 10-year of continuously improvement and perfection, we honored to work with famous enterprises both home and aboard, such as Haldex(Sweden2009), SORL(China 2002), VIE(China2010),PENER(China2009), COMET(China2002)etc. Now our products have been OE supplied in Chinese brand commercial vehicles, Kinglong, Yutong, Dongfeng, FAW.
We adhere to keeping pace with the times, tech & knowhow are the productivity power to any enterprises. Now we are the OE suppliers for many famous domestic organizations, inflation/deflation valve of CTIS for Chinese Army, Anti-slip exhaust valve of high-speed train & city subway/metro for Group CSR, Hydraulic retarder proportional valve for Gearbox Giant FAST etc. We are kind of pioneer in China brake system area for those valves, and also we have gained social profits and economy profits from all those successful project.
